Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- General reception duties (12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m.)
- Processing reservations and handling correspondence in German and English
- Active room sales and guest consultation, including cross-selling and upselling
- Guest Relations (providing information, handling various reservations)
- Operating the switchboard
- Check-in / Check-out
- Cash register reconciliation and daily closing
- Processing credit card transactions
Maintaining guest records
We require the following experience and skills:
- High-level German language skills are required.
- Completed training in the hotel industry
- Very good computer skills
- Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
- Enjoy working with people
- Well-groomed appearance
- Open-minded and communicative personality
- Motivated and flexible
- Language skills
