Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- Service-oriented check-in and check-out
- Proactive telephone sales
- Ongoing monitoring of the booking calendar
- Front-office hotel software (with training)
- Creating offers and reservations in the hotel software (with training)
- Front-office spa program (with training)
- Handling all reception duties (preparing the morning mail, translating all menus, preparing for arrivals, etc.)
- Competence and willingness to provide accurate information in response to guests’ questions on-site (ski pass service directly at the hotel, excursion options, programs, sights, etc.)
- Working in and as a team
- Language skills
German
C2 (excellent knowledge)
