Requirements
Your area of responsibility:
- Service-oriented check-in and check-out
- Active telephone sales
- ongoing control of the booking calendar
- Front office hotel program (with training)
- Offer & reservation creation in the hotel program (with training)
- Front office paper program (with training)
- Completion of all work at the reception (design of the morning mail, translation of all menus, preparation of arrivals, ...)
- Competence and willingness to provide precise information to guests on site. (Ski pass service directly at the hotel, excursion possibilities, programs, sights...)
- Working in & as a team
- Language skills

C2 (excellent knowledge)
