Your front office duties:
Check- in und Check- out
Cash management
Front office program "Protel
Care of the guest from arrival to departure
Carrying out all the work required at the reception (design of the morning mail, translation of all menus, preparation of arrivals, ...)
Our requirements for you:
Experience in upscale Austrian hotel business
Knowledge of the hotel program "Protel" advantageous
Language skills: English fluent and one other foreign language (French or Italian)
Several years of professional experience in the reception and/or reservation area
