Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a technical college degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk role is a plus, or experience in the general hospitality industry
- Fluent written and spoken German
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A passion for customer service
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of hotel software and various hotel-related online programs
- Structured and precise work ethic; responsible and reliable
- Flexibility, loyalty, and a willingness to go the extra mile
