We are looking for a qualified employee for our company from summer 2025.
Requirements
You have completed training as a hotel specialist and have already gained experience at reception. Do you have a talent for languages and can you speak and write other languages in addition to German and English? If you have a confident, self-assured manner and good interpersonal skills, are self-motivated, punctual, responsible and reliable, then you've come to the right place in our team!
- Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a friendly manner
- Greeting and accompanying customers or guests
- Managing, copying and filing documents
- Processing and distributing daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Retrieving or sending information via a computer or fax machine
- administrative tasks and organization of travel and appointments
- Coordinating work processes at reception and procuring office supplies
