Description
We are looking for a qualified employee to join our company starting in the summer of 2025.
Requirements
You have completed your training as a hotel manager and have already gained experience working at the front desk. Are you a talented linguist who is fluent in both spoken and written German and English, as well as other languages? If you have a confident, professional demeanor and excellent manners, and if you are self-motivated, punctual, responsible, and reliable, then you’ll fit right in with our team!
- Friendly reception and transfer of phone calls
- Greeting and escorting customers or guests
- Managing, copying, and filing documents
- Processing and distributing daily incoming and outgoing mail
- Retrieving or sending information via a computer or fax machine
- Administrative tasks and organizing travel and appointments
- Coordinating workflows at the front desk and procuring office supplies
- Language skills
