Are you looking for a new professional challenge amidst the stunning mountain scenery of Obertauern? Then you’ve come to the right place!
For our charming ski hotel right on the slopes, we’re looking for a dedicated, friendly, and dynamic person to join our front desk team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll use your service-oriented mindset, warmth, and organizational skills to ensure our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
You can expect a varied work environment with a breathtaking mountain panorama, a pleasant work atmosphere, and a motivated team that values teamwork and mutual respect. Together, we’ll create special vacation moments and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
Requirements
- Friendly demeanor: Your smile should make our guests feel welcome from the very first moment.
- Excellent communication skills: You can communicate clearly and courteously with guests, coworkers, and vendors.
- Organizational skills: You keep a clear head even in stressful situations and ensure that operations at the front desk run smoothly.
- Experience in the front desk area: Ideally, you’ve already gained experience in the hospitality industry or in guest services.
- Reliability: You’re punctual and conscientious, and you ensure that all tasks are completed properly.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute to a positive atmosphere.
- Interest in the region: A passion for the Alpine surroundings and a desire to give our guests the best tips for their stay.
