Customer Service Representative (with debt collection responsibilities)

The Andrelwirt is looking for dedicated and experienced servers with cashier experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests’ satisfaction and helping them have an unforgettable experience at our dining venues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Providing friendly and professional service to guests, recommending food and beverages, and answering questions.
• Order Taking and Processing: Taking orders and accurately relaying them to the kitchen or bar. Ensuring efficient and timely service.
• Serving food and beverages: Presenting and professionally serving dishes and beverages to guests.
• Cashiering: Processing orders, correctly handling payments, and reconciling the cash register.
• Table management: Monitoring table occupancy and reservations, organizing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in service and cashier duties.
• Friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and flexibility to provide excellent service even in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of food and beverages, as well as wine knowledge, is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
