For our Grizzly Alm ski lodge in the Aineck/Katschberg ski area , we’re looking for a dedicated
Waiter/Waitress (m/f/d)
The start date is scheduled for early to mid-December 2026 and will depend on snow conditions and the start of the ski lift season.
Tasks
You can reach the Grizzly Alm by gondola—so you don't have to be a skier!
Your Responsibilities
- Providing friendly and professional service to our guests
- Taking and serving drink and food orders
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Handling cash independently and ensuring accurate accounting
- Preparing and cleaning up work areas
- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the restaurant and on the sun terrace
- Actively contributing to the smooth operation of the team
Requirements
You’re friendly, reliable, and able to handle a lot of pressure, and you enjoy working with people. Experience in customer service and working the register is a plus. Even when things get really busy, you keep your cool and work with your coworkers to make sure our guests feel comfortable.

EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)
What we offer
- 8 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Day shifts only, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The exact shift schedule will be determined within this time frame.

Employment & Salary
2200 € net / month
Net pay calculation based on 6 days and 48 hours per week. In addition, free employee housing (single or double room) valued at €350.00 to €400.00 per month is provided. The employee housing is a 10-minute walk from the valley station of the mountain railways.
