Description
We are hiring for the 2026/27 WINTER SEASON
Cashier – Mountain Hut & Hotel
Start date: approx. Dec. 18,2026; End of season: approx. Mar. 30,2027; Work location: Strohsackhütte & Genusshotel Almrausch, Bad Kleinkirchheim
For the upcoming winter season, we are looking for a dedicated and flexible head waiter/waitress to support our service team both at our Strohsackhütte, located right on the ski slope, and at the Genusshotel Almrausch.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied work environment and appreciates both the lively atmosphere of a mountain hut and the classic hotel service.
Your responsibilities:
- Providing friendly and professional service to our guests
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages
- Working independently as a cashier
- Processing payments and managing the cash register
- Assignments at the Strohsackhütte and/or in the hotel, depending on the schedule
- Supporting the existing service team
- Ensuring a smooth service experience

Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Experience in customer service, ideally as a head waiter or head waitress
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- A friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Enjoy working with guests
- Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility
- Good German language skills for direct guest contact
