We are a sixth-generation family-run business—managed with heart, down-to-earth values, and a passion for detail. Our ****-rated hotel in St. Michael im Lungau offers approximately 120 beds; depending on the season, up to 22 team members ensure that our guests feel truly at home. To strengthen our six-person service team, we are looking for you as a Chef de Rang.
Your responsibilities:
- Independently managing a section in the restaurant
- Providing personal and attentive service to our guests
- Professional serving of food and beverages
- Recommending suitable wines and beverages
- Close collaboration with the kitchen and service teams to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Helping out in other service areas when needed—we’re a small team where everyone pitches in

Requirements
- Completed training or relevant work experience in customer service
- Enjoy working with guests and have a confident demeanor
- Team spirit
- Good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are a plus
- Knowledge of wine and beverages is desirable
