Description
We are a family business in the 6th generation - run with heart, down-to-earthness and attention to detail. Our **** hotel in St. Michael im Lungau offers around 120 beds; depending on the season, up to 22 colleagues ensure that our guests feel right at home. We are looking for you to join our 6-strong service team as Chef de Rang.
Your tasks:
- Independent management of a station in the restaurant
- Personal and attentive care of our guests
- Professional serving of food and drinks
- Recommendation of suitable wines and drinks
- Working closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assisting in other service areas when necessary - we are a small team where everyone pitches in

Requirements
- Completed training or relevant professional experience in service
- Enjoy guest contact and have a confident demeanor
- Team spirit
- Good knowledge of German and English, other languages an advantage
- Knowledge of wine and beverages desirable
