Do you love the smell of fresh coffee in the morning and the lively atmosphere in the evening—and do you have a knack for sales and quality? Then you’ve come to the right place.

We are looking for a Chef de Rang for our restaurant Troadkastn in Saalbach—someone who will actively help shape our service, take on responsibility, and provide our guests with a truly memorable experience.

This is a seasonal position—with the hope of a long-term partnership spanning several summer and winter seasons.

You will be working the standard split shift—breakfast and evening service.

Your responsibilities:

• Breakfast service: Preparing and managing our buffet; Providing warm and professional service to our guests in the morning
• Evening Service: Providing service in the restaurant with a broad overview and a sense of responsibility; actively promoting and advising our guests; serving food and beverages to a high standard
• Organization & ProceduresMiseen place and preparatory and follow-up tasksEnsuring a smooth service flow throughout the restaurantIndependent billing and proficiency in using point-of-sale systems

What we expect:

• Excellent German skills and good English skills are required
• Enjoy working with people and have a genuine talent for hospitality
• Sales skills and a knack for dealing with guests
• A friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
• Team spirit, reliability, and a sense of responsibility
• Reliability even during busy times
• A structured approach to work and proactive thinking in everyday tasks
• Experience in customer service—ideally in a similar role—is a plus
