Description
We are looking for a dedicated commis de rang to join our family-run à la carte restaurant. In this position, you will assist our head waiters with daily service tasks and will be involved in food and beverage service as well as breakfast service. Working as part of a team, you will ensure that our guests feel completely at home.
Requirements
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the head waiters in their daily service duties
- Serving food and beverages in the à la carte area
- Assisting with breakfast service
- Preparatory work in the service area (setting tables, polishing cutlery, mise en place)
- Ensuring order and cleanliness in the service area
- Friendly customer service
Your profile
- Initial experience in the service area is an advantage, but not essential
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance and good manners
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, and commitment
- Service-oriented and meticulous approach to work
- Flexibility for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
- Enjoy working with guests in a family-like environment
