“Feine Leite” is what they say in the Ötztal when you’ve found the right people. And that’s exactly what we’re looking for! We’re a 5-star hotel—always innovative, but never pretentious. The Central is owned by the Sölden Ski Lift Company and is managed by hostess Angelika Falkner and hotel director Michael Waschl. 

Is wine your passion? Become a sommelier! 

When it comes to fine wines, no one can outdo you, right? Perfect! As a sommelier at Central, you’ll provide wine recommendations and lead tastings, conduct wine cellar tours, manage inventory, and select new wines together with your team.

Your Responsibilities: You Can Do This! 

• Wine recommendations at our Michelin-starred restaurant, Ötztaler Stube, as well as for our hotel guests staying on a half-board basis
• Managing and Editing the Wine List
• Independent planning and conducting of wine tastings
• Wine Cellar Tours
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and Managing Wine Inventory
• Selection of new wines for the restaurants' and hotel's wine lists
