Are you ready to put your skills to work in a renowned, down-to-earth family business in Zell am See?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate sous chef for our Hotel Der Schmittenhof, where you will become part of a fantastic team and delight up to 90 guests a day with your culinary artistry.
Your role with us:
- As Sous Chef, you will serve as a role model in a dedicated kitchen team of 4 people.
Your creativity is needed for a daily 4-course menu with the following components
- Starter
- Soup
- Choice of 3 main courses → meat | fish | vegetarian
- Dessert
- You can concentrate fully on creating the menus, because we do NOT have an à la carte menu.
We offer:
- Seasonal employment
- Flexible working hours | 5 or 6 days a week | NO split shifts | Kitchen hours 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Free meals with three meals a day and accommodation if required.
- For applicants from the surrounding area, we offer a bonus for those who sleep at home.

- Experience in the Austrian hotel kitchen
- Completed cook apprenticeship
- Relevant work experience
- HACCP knowledge
- Enjoyment and motivation at work
