Are you ready to put your skills to work at a renowned | down-to-earth family-run business in Zell am See?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for our Hotel Der Schmittenhof, where you will become part of a fantastic team and delight up to 90 guests daily with your culinary artistry.
Your role with us:
- As Sous Chef, you’ll serve as a role model in a dedicated kitchen team of 4 people
Your creativity is needed for a daily 4-course menu with the following components
- Appetizer
- Soup
- 3 main courses to choose from → Meat | Fish | Vegetarian
- Dessert
- You can focus entirely on creating the menus, because we do NOT offer à la carte

- A seasonal position
- Flexible working hours | 5 or 6 days a week | NO split shifts | Kitchen hours 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Requirements
- Experience in an Austrian hotel kitchen
- Completed culinary apprenticeship
- Relevant professional experience
- HACCP knowledge
- Enjoyment and motivation in your work
- Language skills
German
