Your Responsibilities
- Standing in for the head chef in his absence
- Helping to shape and organize kitchen operations
- Creative development of new dishes and ideas
- Supporting and mentoring our apprentices
- Responsible handling of high-quality ingredients

Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Passion for high-quality cuisine
- Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
- Team spirit, reliability, and dedication
- Excellent German language skills
- Ideally, experience as a sous chef—ambitious chef de partie looking to take the next step are also welcome
