Requirements
Do you have experience with national and international cuisine and want to meet our guests’ diverse needs and preferences with a keen eye for detail and creative ideas? Do you enjoy working as part of a team with experienced professionals and want to be part of a successful company? You work in an organized and independent manner and are results-oriented. You source ingredients based on economic considerations, are confident in cost calculations, are familiar with hygiene guidelines, and are creative in developing menu and buffet suggestions. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal products and ingredients and have gained experience in fine dining over the past few years. We expect the following from you: > Culinary training > 2–4 years of kitchen experience > Knowledge of labor and hygiene regulations > Ability to handle stress > Reliability > Communication skills > Flexibility > Passion for the profession
