Requirements

Our hotel welcomes guests from all over the world, including many regulars. With our small, charming à la carte dining room in the Angelika Kauffmann Stube, our award-winning hotel restaurant “Abendweide,” and our hotel bar “Sammelplatz,” you’ll have plenty of opportunities to fully develop your talents. Our team is the heart of the business, and there’s still plenty of time to enjoy the Arlberg yourself! Take care of guests from all over the world! Your responsibilities in detail: Covering the head chef’s days off, mentoring and training apprentices, supervising colleagues “in the kitchen,” providing creative input and implementing it in daily-changing menus and the à la carte menu in collaboration with the head chef, planning purchases, menu planning, event planning, and much more. HAVE FUN COOKING!
