Requirements
We are looking for someone to join our small team at the beginning of December.We are therefore looking for a chef who loves Austrian cuisine, is creative, and is in tune with the times. We want to offer our hotel guests an attractive breakfast buffet, a small afternoon buffet with delicacies and cakes, a salad buffet in the evening, and a choice of three menus with freshly prepared main courses, various buffets, and much more. We expect: • Completed apprenticeship as a chef and several years of professional experience • Ability to work under pressure and remain calm • Polite, well-groomed, and professional demeanor • Independent, responsible, and cost-conscious approach Skills: *Team spirit *Ability to work under pressure *Flexibility *Employee motivation *Willingness to undergo further training Profile: *Completed training as a chef *Experience in upscale gastronomy is an advantage *Structured and independent way of working *High sense of quality and responsibility *Very good knowledge of HACCP guidelines *Good knowledge of German Tasks: *Deputizing for and supporting the head chef *Coordinating kitchen operations in the absence of the head chef *Assisting in the creation and planning of menus *Participating in the development of new dishes *Preparing food *Responsibility for optimal production processes *Quality control of food *Monitoring compliance with HACCP standards
