Do you have experience with Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine and want to meet our guests’ diverse needs and preferences with a keen eye for detail and creative ideas? Do you enjoy working as part of a team with experienced professionals and want to be part of a successful company?
You work in an organized and independent manner and are results-oriented. You source ingredients based on cost-effectiveness, are skilled at calculating costs, are familiar with hygiene guidelines, and are creative in developing menu and buffet suggestions. You enjoy cooking with fresh, regional, and seasonal ingredients and have gained experience in fine dining over the past few years.
