We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef for our Hotel Der Schmittenhof, where you will become part of a fantastic team and delight up to 90 guests daily with your culinary artistry.
Requirements
Your role with us:
- As a sous chef, you’ll serve as a role model in a dedicated kitchen team of four
- Your creativity is needed to create a daily 4-course menu with the following components
- You can focus entirely on creating the menus, as we doNOToffer à la carte
- Appetizer
- Soup
- Choice of 3 main courses → Meat | Fish | Vegetarian
- Dessert

- A seasonal position
