Description
We are looking for a motivated Sous Chef for our company.
With 76 suites, rooms & 14 chalets as well as the award-winning lounge & bar >>Freiraum, PURADIES is a 4*S feel-good resort of a special kind. Your tasks:
- Supporting and deputizing for the head chef
- Mise en place
- Preparation of the dishes
- Compliance with the specified standards
- Assistance with goods receipt and stocktaking
- Compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
Requirements
If you have completed training and have professional experience in a comparable position, can identify with your area of responsibility to the highest degree, are creative and committed and also have the highest quality awareness, then you have come to the right place in our team!
