Requirements
Your responsibilities:
- primarily half-board
- Shared responsibility for ensuring optimal production processes
- Monitoring inventory
- Placing orders in consultation with our head chef
- Organizing and leading the kitchen team
- Close collaboration with our head chef
- Working independently and creatively
- Showcasing fresh, regional products in a sophisticated way
- Top quality & a lot of passion
- Contributing your own or new creations
- Leading the team on the head chef’s days off
- Working in and as a team
- All kitchen-related tasks

- Completed training and professional experience in the upscale hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and creatively
- Excellent knowledge of food
- A clean and efficient work style
