The Hapimag Resort Sonnleitn is no ordinary resort. With its 112 apartments, nestled within the architecture of a Carinthian mountain village right on the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld, it is a place with soul. To preserve this charm while ensuring a sustainable future, we are not looking for a manager—we are looking for a host with heart.
An indoor pool, sauna and wellness area, playrooms for children and teens, a mini shop, and a restaurant with 55 seats round out the vacation experience for our guests.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
- Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, ideally with additional qualifications in the hospitality or travel industry
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Language skills

- Managing the resort with up to 20 employees and overseeing daily operations while continuously optimizing workflows and processes
- Overall responsibility for operating results, including quality control, product development, and sales activities
- Serving as a host for our guests and business partners
- Preparing the annual budget and monitoring financial metrics
- Ensuring compliance with legal standards regarding occupational safety and the law
Implementation of strategic corporate goals and measures for the sustainable development of the resort’s offerings (including through the analysis of guest surveys)
