Description
- Assisting the reception manager in leading the reception team and handling administrative tasks
- Actively and warmly welcoming guests, providing professional guest service, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assisting with check-in and check-out
- Taking and processing reservations
- Managing and covering shifts at the front desk
Requirements
- Completed training in tourism (apprenticeship or tourism school)
- At least 4 years of professional experience working at the front desk
- Experience with the Casablanca hotel software is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with guests
- Guest- and service-oriented
- Flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Ability to work well in a team
- Very good German and English language skills
