Responsibilities:
* Employee management and motivation
* Goods control in the restaurant
* Excellent guest service and advice

Requirements
That's how you score:
* Very good wine knowledge (training as a sommelier is an advantage)
* Excellent knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
* Sales and consulting talent
* Approx. 2-3 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
* Experience with team leadership and team building
* Motivation and assertiveness
* Ability to work in a team, loyalty and punctuality
* Well-groomed and friendly appearance
