Description
- Provide flexible support to the various positions in the kitchen (saucier, entremetier, gardemanger, pâtissier, etc.)
- Ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes in accordance with the hotel’s standards
- Training and supporting colleagues in their respective roles
- Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in accordance with HACCP guidelines
- Sharing responsibility for receiving, inspecting, and properly storing supplies
- Creative involvement in menu planning in collaboration with kitchen management
- Working efficiently and seamlessly with the entire kitchen team
Requirements
- Completed training as a chef
- Several years of professional experience in fine dining or the hospitality industry
- In-depth knowledge of various areas of the kitchen
- High degree of flexibility, resilience, and team spirit
- Passion for high-quality cuisine and creative food preparation
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Willingness to pursue further training and personal development
- Language skills
