Tasks
Responsibilities:
* Acting as a substitute for the head chef and chefs de partie at all stations
* Preparing hot and cold dishes, sauces, side dishes, and desserts
* Mise en place and inventory control
* Flexibility, organizational skills, a passion for the job, and enjoyment of the variety in the kitchen
* Familiarity with hygiene regulations
Requirements
Job Requirements:
* Completed apprenticeship as a chef or equivalent professional experience
* You have a good knowledge of Austrian cuisine
* Creativity and a commitment to quality are top priorities for us
* You enjoy cooking, and we can count on you
* Teamwork on an equal footing is one of our core values
* Sufficient knowledge of German
Experience

German B2 (good intermediate level)
