Description
We’re looking for a motivated tournant or junior chef to join our kitchen crew. Your main responsibility will be to cover our chefs’ days off and independently take over the respective stations—which include entremetier, garde-manger, and patisserie. Depending on your assignment, you’ll assist with the preparation and cooking of our dishes. What makes this job especially appealing: you’ll work Monday through Thursday or Friday during daytime hours as part of a cool, dynamic team in an open kitchen serving a casual menu.
Requirements
