🔥 Chef de Partie / Tournant (m/f/d) Wanted – Bring some fire to our kitchen!
Do you love it when things really heat up in the kitchen? Can you handle more than one station and keep track of everything even during the busiest service? Then it’s time we got to know each other.
Your playing field:
- You’ll handle multiple stations and jump in wherever you’re needed (Tournant style 💪)
- Taking independent charge of a station—from mise en place to the perfect plate
- Ensuring quality, flavor, and timing
- Supporting and mentoring commis chefs and junior chefs
- Contributing creative ideas for menus and specials
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
- Completed culinary training & experience as a chef de partie
- You’re flexible, resilient, and a true team player
- A passion for good food & high standards of quality
- A structured approach to work—even when things get hectic 🔥
- Proficiency in German and English
- Language skills
German
C1 (advanced knowledge)
