NEW FROM DECEMBER 2021: CULINARY INNOVATION IN THE SKI RESORT - THE FALCON
Both gastronomically and visually, the restaurant area at the mid-station of the Gaislachkoglbahn will be completely reinvented for the 2021/2022 winter season. The concept is characterized by inspiring transparency.
Our corporate philosophy
As a restaurant brand, the FALCON thus forms the identifying mark of an extraordinary gastro-being, which understands the "far-above-being" as a logical home. Culinary it stands for contemporary kitchen philosophy on the mountain. Architecturally, the FALCON, like its heraldic animal, is a creature of space through and through. The FALCON offers the perfect space to find yourself in the middle of a top international ski resort and to enjoy yourself completely
The restaurant: comfort meets ambience meets hospitality
Market restaurant: plenty of room for individuality
The new market restaurant on the first floor invites for prompt refreshment of ambitious winter sportsmen (as well as bikers and hikers in summer). The selection includes well-known classics of Austrian and international cuisine. Modern food trends as well as vegetarian and vegan courts are interpreted before the dream scenery alpine. Directly before the eyes of the guest, the chef-artists prepare fresh dishes in the show kitchen. Whether pasta, bowles or wok pan: there are no limits to the individual composition of what goes on the plate. Very service-oriented: The innovative payment system ensures more convenience and more enjoyment throughout the FALCON. Payment is made everywhere only after the meal. This means that all dishes always stay warm, fresh and tasty
Service quality and regional culinary quotes on the upper floor
On the top floor of the FALCON, a modern service restaurant welcomes its guests with personal style and service. Regionally interpreted dishes characterize the culinary level. Friends of fine wines can look forward to a diverse wine list with a focus on Austrian vintners
Architecture: The mountain world with at the table
The connecting element of the market restaurant on the first floor and the à la carte restaurant on the upper floor is the architecture. Bright, high rooms with large panoramic glass surfaces create an exclusive ambience in which the Ötztal mountains take their place at the dining table. Even more directly the nature experience opens on one of the two south-facing sun terraces. Skiers can reach both restaurants directly from the slopes via a ski bridge.
