What would a hotel be without motivated and happy employees? We recognize the importance of every single member of our team and consider working together to ensure guest satisfaction to be the cornerstone of our hotel.

As a "Great Place to Work" company that places a high priority on employee satisfaction, we have rethought our work schedules. Because one thing we know for sure: When our employees are happy, the company thrives!

The choice is yours—we offer two options for full-time employees:
1. The "Money Maker" model: This is our classic model. The 44-hour workweek is spread over 5.5 days. The focus here is on earnings and/or the opportunity to live on-site with excellent meals and accommodation in beautiful staff quarters for 7 days.

2. The "Work-Life Balance" model: The 42-hour workweek is spread over 3.5 days. One employee (m/f) works from Sunday morning to Wednesday afternoon, putting in 12 hours on 3 days and 6 hours on the 4th day. The other employee (m/f) starts on Wednesday afternoon and works until Saturday evening. This way, both have one day off on the weekend. Working hours are very concentrated in this model—but in return, you get 3.5 consecutive days off. The work-life balance works out well :-) We’re also happy to provide you with a staff room for those 3.5 days. After you leave, our housekeeping team cleans the room, and the next colleague moves in.
