We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team—a sous chef with passion and a sense of responsibility.

Things can get hectic in the kitchen sometimes, but that's what makes the job exciting! As a sous chef, you will be our right-hand person and ensure that everything runs smoothly during stressful moments. You will keep track of everything, coordinate the team, and support our head chef with daily organization.

Your days off are sacred to us, and if you ever need something, we'll find a solution together. Overtime? Yes, there is some – but don't worry, we pay for it, of course. Working for free? Not with us!

We are looking for someone who not only cooks with passion, but also has the experience and skills to lead and develop our kitchen team. You have an eye for quality, are a team player, and can take responsibility when it matters.

We thrive on team spirit—we stick together, help each other, and enjoy a break or a casual chat together from time to time.

Flexibility is important, because sometimes things get busy in the kitchen – that's when we all pitch in and you call the shots.

Requirements

We are looking for a committed leader for our kitchen. Do you have a degree in culinary arts and extensive experience in fine dining? Then you are exactly the right person to join our team.

As sous chef, you will play a central role in our kitchen operations and support the kitchen management in organizing and managing our à la carte business and catering for our hotel guests. You will be responsible for quality assurance, compliance with standards, and leading the kitchen team.

You are passionate about high-quality food and enjoy contributing your skills and creativity in a varied kitchen environment. Teamwork and a confident manner, even in stressful situations, are what set you apart.
