Everyone has their set days off, which we respect, and we’re happy to accommodate individual requests.
Every hour of overtime counts and is fairly compensated—no one has to work “for free” here.

Requirements
We’re looking for passionate employees who can share the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the Alpendorf Activity Hotel with our guests.
Ideally, you’ve completed an apprenticeship in a relevant field, have some professional experience, and share our enthusiasm for spirits, cocktails, and delicious wines :-) … We’re happy to cover the costs of continuing education.
If you enjoy your work and want to put your skills to the test, then you’ll fit right in with our team! Even if you don’t have formal training in the hospitality industry but have practical experience, we’d be delighted to have you join us.
