We are looking for an employee for our atmospheric hotel bar with a view of the mountains. Would you like to work in our upscale 4-star hotel in Salzburgerland? We are a family business with 100 beds and are looking for employees who can pass on the warm flair of the Aktivhotel Alpendorf to our guests. You have the choice - we offer 2 models for full-time employees: 1. the "Money Maker" model: this is our classic model. The 44-hour working week is split over 5.5 days. The focus here is on earnings and / or accommodation with TOP catering and accommodation in beautiful staff rooms for 7 days. 2. the "work-life balance" model: The 42h weekly working hours are divided into 3.5 days. One employee (m/f) works from Sunday morning to Wednesday afternoon, 12 hours on 3 days and 6 hours on the 4th day. The colleague (m/f) starts on Wednesday afternoon and works until Saturday evening. This means that both have a day off at the weekend. The working hours are very concentrated in this model - but you also have 3.5 days off in a row. The work-life balance is perfect :-) We are also happy to offer you a staff room for the 3.5 days.
