Our corporate philosophy
The Hotel Austria is a family-run 4****S hotel in Lech—centrally located yet quiet—where “hospitality” is truly a top priority. We want our guests to feel at home from the moment they arrive.
On average, we accommodate approximately 120 guests during the winter season, spread across our hotel rooms and apartments. Among other amenities, we offer daily childcare in our Teddy Club, an indoor pool, an outdoor natural pool in the summer, a modern wellness area featuring saunas, a steam room, a swimming pool, a hot tub, massages, and much more.
What we offer our employees
One of the ways we ensure our guests’ satisfaction is by making sure our employees feel comfortable—which, for us, includes nice accommodations with a private bathroom, a TV, internet access, and more, as well as fresh, varied meals prepared daily, which we enjoy together in our new staff lounge. To stay in shape, all our employees can use our indoor pool and fitness center free of charge.
