We are a family business in the heart of Austria. We attach great importance to a positive and optimal cooperation. We offer almost 50 employees a safe and cheerful workplace. Because only if the employees are doing well, the guests can also do well
Our corporate philosophy
The team of the Seevilla is to be seen as a family, which consists of long-time employees. Many of them have been with the house for more than 10 years. This "family" is employed at the Seevilla all year round - they all work and live in Ausseerland. Among other things, many employees live in the immediate vicinity of the Seevilla in their own employee house
What we offer our employees
We have recently completed our employee house where then 11 apartments with balconies are located. This will be ready for occupancy fully furnished at the end of the summer season. We currently provide everyone with a room free of charge including meals, TV fee, internet and washing machine.
You will find everything you need for your daily needs.
But what we can also offer you is a colorful 2nd family with whom not only the work is fun but with whom you can also enjoy your free time.
