Our corporate philosophy

Our restaurant, hotel and butcher's shop are located in the charming village of Egling in the heart of Upper Bavaria, just 25 kilometers south of Munich.
We are a traditional family business in its fourth generation and combine meat processing, production, sales, catering and hotel business in one company. The appreciation of food, the relationship with the animal, traditional craftsmanship and the excellent quality of our products are very important to us. Communicating these values to our customers in our own store and providing a competent and personal service also play a major role for us. Our assortment consists of a wide range of Bavarian sausage and ham specialties, meat from our own slaughter, noble fish from our own breeding, homemade canned goods and daily hot dishes for lunch
