The "Michlwirt" country inn with hotel and the Trinkberger butcher's shop with its own butchery and production, as well as branches in Palling, Traunreut Trostberg and Stein, are now run by the third generation of the family with Rudolf and Marianne Trinkberger and their son Rudolf (master butcher).

The Bavarian and international cuisine cooks for five different guest rooms at peak times
(Michlsaal, Michlstube, Gute Stube, Theaterstüberl and Gaststube),
which seats 500 people. Attached to the restaurant level is an in-house bowling alley, a wellness area and a 76-bed hotel
The in-house butcher's shop in Palling and the stores in Palling, Traunreut, Trostberg and Stein an der Traun offer a wide selection of fresh sausage and meat specialties every day
Only meat from selected animals from nearby farms, which are collected by the company itself, is processed in order to keep transportation routes short and thus the quality of the meat on the plates high
