Our corporate philosophy

We are looking for employees who will be the perfect fit for our long-standing team. Motivation plays a key role in a family-run business. The Eggerwirt Wellness Hotel is currently open for over 10 months a year and is working toward year-round operation. The hotel has been run by Albert and Inge Moser for 35 years, and recently the next generation has joined the team to implement new innovations and ideas in the high-quality hospitality industry.

Almost 100% of employees work a 5-day week; a 6-day week is also possible only at the employee’s own request. As an employer, we believe that every employee needs time off. This also applies to weekend arrangements. Very flexible arrangements are available upon consultation with the department head during the schedule meeting.

Staff break rooms and meals are provided, and employees may also use the fitness center and exercise room. Every employee is eligible to participate in staff training, company outings, and the internal professional development and career advancement program.
