- Acting Chef de Cuisine
- Preparing meals for our guests
- Ensuring the quality of the dishes and a passion for good food
- Developing and creating our culinary offerings
- Independently ensuring a professional mise en place
- Responsible for ensuring optimal production workflow
- Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Responsible for the proper handling of food and work materials
- Leadership skills
- Training of apprentices
Requirements

- Completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d)
- Organizational skills, ability to work in a team and leadership skills
