Your responsibilities:
- Serving guests in the restaurant and bar areas
- Responsibility for the assigned station
- Ensuring optimal mise en place and service procedures
- Processing room service orders and providing professional service
- Compliance with prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Optimizing revenue in the restaurant area through upselling
Requirements
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel and restaurant industry
- Organizational skills and leadership qualities
- Extensive knowledge of wine
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ambition, sociability, and motivation
- Strong focus on service and quality
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, engaging demeanor
- Can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and high level of commitment
- Team player and able to handle stress
- Language skills
