Description
We are looking for motivated employees for our company, “Wellnesshotel Eggerwirt,” in St. Michael im Lungau, Salzburg.

Your responsibilities:
- Serving guests in the bar area
- Taking responsibility for your assigned station
- Ensuring optimal mise en place and service procedures
- Providing service in accordance with professional standards
- Compliance with the prescribed HACCP guidelines
- Optimizing revenue in the restaurant area through upselling
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel and restaurant industry
- Organizational skills and leadership qualities
- Excellent knowledge of bar beverages
- Well-groomed appearance
- Ambition, sociability, and motivation
- Strong focus on service and quality
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, engaging demeanor
- A “can-do” attitude, a hands-on mentality, and a strong willingness to perform
- Team player and ability to handle stress
Experience
3 Jahre Work experience
Language skills
English B1 (Intermediate)
German B2 (good intermediate level)
Work permit
EU citizens are given priority (no permit required)

For the advertised position, working 40 hours and 5 days per week, the minimum gross monthly base salary is 2,200 euros. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, a higher salary may be offered.
