• Welcoming and Saying Goodbye to Guests (CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT)
• Handling day-to-day operations: phone calls, lists, field trips, etc.
• Handling Inquiries and Reservations at eva, Stil
• Receiving and Addressing Guest Complaints
• Assisting guests during their stay (point of contact for requests and questions)

THIS WILL HELP YOU SCORE WELL ON THE EXAM…

• Completed vocational training or a degree from a hotel management school
• Native German speaker or excellent written and spokenGerman skills
• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Knowledge of industry-specific software (hotel software, channel managers)
• Consulting Expertise
