• Providing warm and friendly service to our guests in person, over the phone, and via email—you play an important role in shaping the image of eva, Hotels
• Processingreservation requests, bookings, and guest requests
• Handling check-ins and check-outs with a smile that leaves a lasting impression
• Maintaining and managing guest records—only structured data is valuable.
• The active promotion of our hotel offerings, packages, as well as group events and seminars
• Coordinating personalized guest experiences—you’ll be managing real #evamoments
• Handling complaints—whether online or in “real life”—with tact and a focus on finding solutions
• Support in maintaining our booking systems, channel managers, and online platforms
• Close collaboration with all departments – Teamwork makes the eva, dream work
• Planning and implementing sales promotion activities in collaboration with the marketing team 

THIS WILL HELP YOU EXCEL IN THE SUBJECT…

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry, graduation from a hotel management school, or similar professional experience
• Experience in reception or reservations
• You are fluent in German and English—any additional languages are a plus
• Experience with hotel and reservation software, as well as a correspondence manager
• You're comfortable using a computer, and ChatGPT is part of your everyday life
