The Edelweiss is a legend in the Arlberg region. It is anything but ordinary. Here, tigers stroll across carpets, elephants and zebras wander through the restaurant, and an elegant giraffe wearing a flower wreath greets guests at the entrance. With 62 unique rooms, three restaurants, an event location, Club Zürserl, the Flexenhäusl ski hut, incentives, and much more, it would be hard to imagine a more diverse experience.

As reception and reservations manager, you are the linchpin of the hotel.
You are the hub of all information, managing the heart of the hotel with charm, heart, and brains. For this key position, we are looking for a warm and open personality with practical experience and preferably knowledge of the Arlberg region, starting in July 2026. After successful training, this year-round position is available remotely from May to September. The successful and contemporary guest journey, from initial contact to follow-up care, is entirely in your hands.
Focus on reservations and sales, both online and offline

- Supporting OTAs and ensuring price and condition parity
- Management of the online reservation system, including channel manager (HNS cbooking, rate distributor)
During opening hours (December to April), YOU and your team of 4-5 people will take care of the wishes and concerns of our international guests.

- Fulfilling special guest requests, concierge services (taxi reservations, ski instructor reservations, ski passes, and much more)

Administration/Organization
- Management of the reception/reservations department with 4-5 employees
- Participation in weekly department head meetings
- Efficient duty roster creation in compliance with legal guidelines
- Close cooperation and ongoing coordination with management
- Budget preparation, monthly reporting
Your skills
- Completed vocational training (apprenticeship in the tourism industry, HAK, HBLA, FH)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the Arlberg region is an advantage, even as a tourist
- Knowledge of the specific software listed above
- German - Native language
- English - conversational, spoken & written
