RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assisting the kitchen team with prep work • Cleaning kitchen appliances, dishes, glasses, etc. • Operating the dishwasher • Performing general cleaning tasks and disposing of trash • Complying with hygiene regulations in accordance with HACCP

JOB DESCRIPTION: • Understanding of kitchen operations and a passion for supporting our kitchen team • Ability to work independently • Willingness to learn, commitment to quality, and attention to detail • A high degree of reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to perform well under pressure • Good command of German or English
