Requirements
A good chef de rang (station waiter) bears primary responsibility in the fine dining service sector for ensuring that operations run smoothly on his station and for the well-being of the guests, and he represents the philosophy of our family-owned business.
What we expect:
Professional Competence
- Excellent product and menu knowledge: You must know the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens inside and out in order to provide guests with expert advice.
- In-depth knowledge of wine and beverages: Basic knowledge of wine-food pairings, as well as aperitifs, digestifs, and specialty coffees, is a must in the upscale segment.
- Language skills: Fluent German and business-level English are standard; any additional foreign language (e.g., French or Italian) is a major plus for an international clientele.

- Confident & Elegant Demeanor: Excellent manners, a positive demeanor, and a well-groomed appearance are the hallmark of our establishment.
- Stress Resistance & Multitasking: Even when the restaurant is full—especially on our busy terrace—you remain calm, keep track of your section, and stay friendly at all times.
