Requirements

- Responsibility for courteous and obliging guest service
- Responsible for the proper cleaning of all kitchen equipment
- Timely completion of the work
- Assisting the cooks before the service hours
- Responsible for proper waste separation
- 14-day cleaning of the dry storage, kitchen windows and grease filters
- Conscientious execution and acceptance of assigned tasks
- Responsible for keeping the workplace clean
- Careful handling of equipment and operating resources
- Regular cleaning of the dishwashing equipment
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Collegial support of the other kitchen staff
