Requirements
We would like to entrust you with
- Assist Chef de Partie in the preparation and presentation of food in compliance with hygiene regulations and quality assurance
- Assist with inventory control as well as necessary ordering in consultation with our executive chef
- Support in the monitoring and documentation of hygiene and safety standards
- Preparatory activities such as cutting, washing, peeling ingredients
With this you can convince with us
- A completed apprenticeship as a cook or a comparable qualification
- Enthusiasm for the upscale restaurant or hotel business
- A strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility, reliability and resilience are among your strengths
- Creativity and sense of responsibility in the kitchen
- Good manual skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Good German and basic English skills complete your profile
- Motivation and the desire to advance on the career ladder
