Requirements
We would like to entrust you with
- Assignment and guidance of the assigned employees at the post
- Preparation and presentation of food in compliance with hygiene regulations and quality assurance
- Control of the stock of goods as well as necessary ordering in consultation with our head chef
- Monitoring and documentation of hygiene and safety standards

- You have a completed apprenticeship as well as professional experience in the upscale gastronomy or hotel business
- A strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility, reliability and resilience are among your strengths
- You are creative and responsible
- Good manual skills
- Good Deutch and subject-related English round off your profile
- We also welcome motivated and creative young chefs who want to take the next step on the career ladder
