Description
We are looking for a new, dedicated chef (sole chef for half-board service; no à la carte) to join our small, talented kitchen team for the current winter season, with a start date to be agreed upon (around December 7).
Our kitchen team also includes a kitchen assistant and a dishwasher.
Requirements
Preparation of a 4-course meal (salad bar, soup, 3 main courses, dessert) for our half-board guests (daily except Thursday). No à la carte service. No breakfast service. Experience as a sole chef or a willingness to work independently with 2 kitchen assistants/dishwashers, as well as knowledge of German, are required.
