🍷 What you should bring to the table:✅ Experience as a Chef de Rang or in upscale service✅ A passion for providing our guests with personalized, warm, and attentive care✅ Strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and a confident demeanor✅ Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus✅ Enthusiasm for the values we embody at Tuffbad: Mindfulness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality✅ Computer skills (e.g., point-of-sale systems like Orderman or comparable software) are a plus✅ Team spirit and the motivation to work with us to create an unforgettable guest experience

Requirements
Professional Qualifications:
✔️ Completed training in the hotel or restaurant industry, or a comparable qualification✔️ Several years of experience in upscale service, ideally in the wellness or 4****Superior hotel sector✔️ Experience in professional, warm guest interaction—from greeting to personal farewell✔️ Solid knowledge of à la carte and beverage service; wine knowledge is a plus✔️ Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Orderman) and MS Office✔️ Language skills in German (very good) and ideally other foreign languages (English is a plus)

✔️ Strong service orientation and the ability to anticipate our guests’ needs✔️ Warmth, empathy, and a passion for providing personalized service to our guests✔️ Strong organizational and planning skills, even during busy service periods✔️ Excellent communication skills and team spirit – you are a host with heart and foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere✔️ Sense of responsibility, initiative, and a confident demeanor✔️ A well-groomed appearance and an authentically positive attitude
